Circle has deployed the Euro stablecoin EURC on the Solana network to facilitate on-chain forex trading and remittances. Currently, DeFi applications and wallets such as Jupiter Exchange, Meteora, Orca, and Phoenix have added support for EURC. Circle launched the cryptocurrency pegged to the Euro in June last year, backed by a combination of European government debt and cash reserves, and plans to make EURC a regulated token under the upcoming EU digital asset regulations.
