It's worth noting that if an investor were to decide to give up their BTC holdings today (after holding for 4.2 years), they would make nearly 200% profit.
Furthermore, those who entered the Bitcoin ecosystem in the summer of 2017 and sold in the fall of 2021 (during a major bull market for the asset) would see returns of nearly 15x their initial investment.
