The SEC has postponed the decision date for all spot Bitcoin ETF applications:
As we explained in the article Inventory of Bitcoin Spot ETF Applications - When Will the Approval Date Be, based on the previous approval situation of Bitcoin spot ETFs, the probability of this ETF being approved in the first and second response times is very small.
We believe that the most likely time for this round of Bitcoin spot ETF to be approved will be 240 days after the announcement of the 19b-4 notice in the Federal Register, which is the final response date.
