China needs to increase the employment rate, especially for college graduates, which can only rely on private enterprises. State-owned enterprises, central enterprises, and listed companies cannot absorb many young people, and these positions are mostly "hereditary"!

And now starting a private enterprise is almost a path to returning to poverty or going to prison. If the country does not implement the following reforms, private enterprises will become fewer and employment positions will decrease:

1. Revise the labor law; the current labor law is a bad law, it should not learn from developed countries if it does not want to be a developed country;

2. Revise the social security policy; the current social security policy is depleting resources. No one dares to start a business under the current policies. If businesses disappear, where does social security come from?

3. The fourth phase of the golden tax must be revised. China's hidden tax rate is the highest in the world. If every private enterprise strictly pays taxes, they won't be able to survive, let alone the current situation of retroactively investigating taxes for 10 years;

4. Open up various entry barriers and industry monopolies, lower the loan conditions for private enterprises, simplify or reduce various licenses and approvals, and decrease various approval taxes and fees;

5. Relax or formulate regulations based on actual conditions, such as: environmental protection, fire safety, urban management, culture, advertising, illegal construction, forestry, etc. These departments cannot impose fines directly; fines must go through court hearings for judgment;

6. Protect private enterprise owners, prohibit distant-water fishing, law enforcement must obtain approval from the procuratorate for arrests. Even if they are arrested, a bail policy must be implemented for private enterprise owners, including bail money or electronic ankle bracelets, confiscation of documents, and absolutely no torture for confessions!

7. Private enterprise accounts cannot be arbitrarily frozen, nor can funds be directly withdrawn by the police. Account freezing must be enacted by the procuratorate through "litigation preservation", and fund transfers must go through court hearings before they can be executed!
