Chen Zhi is accused of orchestrating and operating a transnational "pig butchering" scam network, involving crimes such as forced labor and money laundering. The group established multiple "scam parks" within Cambodia, illegally detaining victims and forcing them to participate in cryptocurrency investment scams.
