Huaxing Capital Holdings Limited (“Huaxing Capital”, “Huaxing”, stock code: 1911.HK) announced a major strategic initiative: signing a strategic cooperation agreement with the well-known investment institution YZi Labs Management Ltd (“YZi Labs”) to support the development of the BNB and BNB Chain ecosystem and explore transformation opportunities in traditional financial infrastructure.
This cooperation is another important implementation measure following Huaxing Capital's announcement of its cryptocurrency asset investment plan on June 26, 2025, and its vigorous development of Web 3 strategic layout. According to the announcement, Huaxing Capital plans to empower the BNB Chain ecosystem through its professional financial service capabilities, while prioritizing access to high-quality projects within the ecosystem for financial services and the best investment opportunities, expanding the group's business in the Web 3 field and achieving good investment returns.
As a result, Huaxing Capital becomes the first Hong Kong-listed company globally to include BNB in its special digital asset allocation.
This cooperation will focus on financial investment in digital assets, the development of innovative financial products, and the construction of Real World Assets (RWA) funds, aiming to integrate Huaxing's resources and compliance capabilities in the traditional financial sector with YZi Labs' investment insights and industry-leading position in the digital asset and cutting-edge technology fields, jointly promoting the compliant development of financial innovation.
The announcement indicates that Huaxing Capital will achieve the following development plans through this cooperation:
- Asset Allocation
Huaxing Capital plans to invest approximately $100 million in special funds for the allocation of BNB. This plan is based on Huaxing Capital's recognition of the ecological value and potential of the BNB Chain. BNB Chain is one of the most widely used public chains globally, and as the native token of BNB Chain, BNB drives transactions in the form of Gas, ensures network security through governance, and serves as a connecting asset for developers and applications across the entire ecosystem.
- Development of Digital Asset Financial Products
Huaxing Capital will collaborate with Huaxia Fund (Hong Kong) to jointly promote the development of fund products and other Web 3-related products, and facilitate the launch of a virtual asset exchange licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). The process and product design will strictly adhere to the compliance requirements of the Hong Kong SFC, emphasizing risk control and market transparency.
- Establishment of RWA Fund
With the cooperation and promotion of YZi Labs, Huaxing Capital will prepare an RWA (Real World Assets) fund with a scale of several hundred million dollars, focusing on the tokenization and on-chain circulation of traditional assets (such as real estate, bonds, and commodities). This fund will leverage YZi Labs' investment experience in the digital asset field and Huaxing's advantages in asset issuance and compliance framework construction to promote the institutional development of stablecoins and the RWA market, helping Hong Kong-listed companies adopt BNB Chain in relevant application scenarios.
Through this cooperation, Huaxing Capital becomes the first Hong Kong-listed company globally to include BNB in its special digital asset allocation and, through a large-scale RWA asset fund, promotes the adoption of blockchain technology by TMT companies listed in Hong Kong. This not only facilitates the construction and application of the BNB and BNB Chain ecosystem but also aims to drive the transformation of traditional financial infrastructure towards digital finance.
