It is a morning in 2030, and your butler Agent perceives your accelerated heartbeat through a brain-machine interface, waking you from your sleep, automatically brightening the bedroom lights, and playing soothing music. An hour later, as you drive on a congested commute, the in-car Agent initiates real-time negotiations with the smart city hub to plan the optimal route to avoid traffic. When you begin your official work and prepare to make investment decisions, a cluster of financial Agents starts shuttling between dozens of exchanges to gather various real-time trading data and push precise arbitrage strategies down to the millisecond—this is not a science fiction movie, but a reality approaching us, woven by distributed AI Agents into a "digital nervous system."

As ChatGPT redefines human-computer interaction through "conversation," AI Agents are reshaping digital civilization through "action." Gartner has defined 2025 as the "Year of Agentic AI," predicting that 15% of daily decisions will be autonomously made by AI Agents. The essence of this transformation is to evolve machines from "answering questions" to "solving problems"—just like OpenAI's latest release, Operator, can book flights and write code on behalf of users. Unlike centralized systems, the true Agent revolution will be born from distributed networks. Imagine an ecosystem composed of millions of atomic Agents, each functioning like neurons, achieving value exchange through blockchain smart contracts and federated learning, completing complex tasks such as cross-border payments and supply chain optimization without a central server.

SIA (Super Intelligent Agent) is a project founded by a group of idealistic technology and Web3 pioneers, who were once AI scientists, distributed system architects, and top experts in the security field at major companies. They firmly believe that Agents will change human life and transform existing business paradigms, and they are dedicated to this great revolution. The team is experienced, with core founders averaging over 20 years of technical and industry experience. Previously, they successfully exited projects that received investments from top institutions including ByteDance, SIG, Draper, Distributed, Matrix Partners, and Gao Rong. We believe this team will bring us a unique Web3+AI experience.

Project Introduction

SIA is a Web3 infrastructure and business ecosystem project aimed at creating a super entry point for AI into Web3, establishing the world's first dual-cross network (cross Web2 and Web3, cross different systems and platforms) that provides Agent-as-a-Service capabilities, forming a super-automated peer-to-peer intelligent network to offer users more convenient, fair, secure, and low-cost services.

SIA is building a brand new distributed collaborative system that objectively measures the contributions of Agents. It integrates AI Agent programs with smart contracts, supporting massive AI Agents to operate on distributed nodes and collaborate efficiently. At the same time, based on a distributed collaborative computing network, it provides massive computing power and infinitely scalable data storage for AI Agents, ensuring the privacy and security of the input and output data of AI Agents.

SIA defines a complete set of interconnectivity protocol specifications for blockchain systems in Agent scenarios, achieving full automation and autonomy, including the automation of Agent node discovery, verification, and joining; node operational status checks, cluster status, and data consistency guarantees; as well as the full automation of Agent and related service discovery, registration, service provision, and settlement. The blockchain subnet built on the SIA Protocol operates independently from each other and utilizes an asynchronous message exchange mechanism to achieve high concurrent operation of subnets, thereby enabling infinite scalability and high fault tolerance for the entire network.

Dual-Cross Network: Achieving Interconnectivity Between Web3 and Web2

The SIA team believes that building an Agent architecture on Web3 for autonomous collaboration is a significant technological innovation. How to maximize the technical capabilities of Agents and construct a new super-automated network is the goal of SIA. The SIA Protocol supports communication between Agents and is also compatible with the MCP protocol. Agents on SIA can conveniently call various MCP Servers to achieve more functionalities. By building Agents in the Web2 world (such as X, Telegram, Discord, etc.) and the Web3 world (such as ETH, Solana, etc. chains and wallets), an efficient collaborative network spanning Web2 and Web3 is established.

Any Agent connected to the SIA network can interact with other Agents in the SIA network to provide users with integrated services that bridge Web2 and Web3.

• Integrated services between Web2 and Web3 allow users to quickly obtain services across Web2 and Web3 based on natural language interaction. For example, a Meme user can ask an Agent, "What tweets did Elon post in the past 24 hours, what related Meme projects are there, and help me buy the token with the most wallet addresses using 1SOL." The Agent in the SIA network, upon receiving the request, will dynamically call multiple atomic Agents, including an Agent interacting with X, an Agent interacting with GMGN, and an Agent authorized to automatically trade using the user's wallet private key, autonomously deciding and automating the entire process to help the user complete the transaction;

• Real-time multi-chain interaction and analysis allow users to utilize on-chain data analysis Agents to directly call Solana's data analysis atomic Agents and collaborate with user wallet atomic Agents (such as Phantom wallet Agents) to provide users with end-to-end solutions for data analysis, strategy suggestions, and trading;

• A multi-dimensional Web3 ecosystem, SIA is an ecological platform that integrates various dimensional Agent service capabilities, including application Agents in the Web2 domain, chain-side Agents, wallet Agents, exchange Agents in the Web3 domain, and numerous tool Agents, such as data analysis Agents, trading strategy Agents, game engine Agents, etc. For a closed ecological social project, its users can achieve seamless interaction with social media platforms like X, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook through multi-Agent collaboration, thus bridging social islands.

Statistics show that the current interaction scale between Web2 and Web3 has reached a daily transaction volume of tens of billions of dollars and millions of user behaviors. Specific scenarios include payment scene penetration, data storage and interaction, asset flow, and enterprise-level applications. For example, the daily on-chain transfer volume of Bitcoin and Ethereum exceeds 15 million transactions, valued at 80 billion dollars, while the daily trading volume of USDT and USDC exceeds 50 billion dollars, with about 20%-30% of these transaction volumes coming from Web2-related services (such as game top-ups, subscription payments, etc.); traditional companies like SpaceX and Scale AI process cross-border payments through blockchain, with a daily on-chain transaction volume exceeding 200 million dollars. With the integration of cross-chain technology, regulatory compliance advancement, and user habit migration, it is expected that from 2025 to 2030, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of Web2-Web3 interaction volume will reach 68%, and the interaction volume may exceed one trillion dollars per day in the next five years, becoming the new infrastructure of the digital economy. The SIA dual-cross network not only significantly lowers the entry barrier for Web3 but also helps a massive number of Web2 users enter the Web3 world. As the first implemented dual-cross infrastructure, SIA has enormous prospects and is expected to become a phenomenal Web3+AI project.

Technical Architecture and Innovative PoSe

The SIA platform consists of 8 layers of different functional modules, from bottom to top including the infrastructure layer, data layer, MCP toolset, Agent development layer, platform core layer, front-end interaction layer, application development layer, and user access layer.

SIA provides one-click publishing support for Agents. It supports both platform-configured Agents and third-party Agent deployments. SIA offers a visual low-code platform that supports drag-and-drop configuration parameters to create your own Agents and publish them with one click on the platform; at the same time, it supports lightweight container deployment methods, allowing third-party Agents to be deployed on the SIA Multi-Agent platform.

SIA provides a multi-Agent collaboration framework. It supports various stages including task publishing, task bidding, task execution, result verification, and dispute resolution. Core components include Agent identity and decentralized discovery, communication protocols (combining on-chain and off-chain), smart contract-driven collaboration logic, decentralized routing and verification, and security and privacy.

Secure environment and innovative PoSe mechanism. The development of AI Agents requires support from two dimensions. First, AI Agents must be independent economic entities that can provide services to users, automatically execute tasks, and obtain corresponding economic returns without third-party intervention. SIA provides key management in a TEE environment for Agents, and the privacy data of Agents is computed in a secure and controllable TEE environment, ensuring the security of Agent transactions and the privacy of data, achieving the independence and autonomy of Agents. Second, the collaboration of atomic Agents is a complex economic system, and how to measure the contribution of a single Agent in collaborative tasks is an important issue for promoting the development of Agents. SIA has designed objective metrics for measuring Agent contributions to reflect the capabilities and contributions of Agents, and these are calculated and recorded by node Agents (Proof of Service).
