As ChatGPT redefines human-computer interaction through "conversation," AI Agents are reshaping digital civilization through "action." Gartner has defined 2025 as the "Year of Agentic AI," predicting that 15% of daily decisions will be autonomously made by AI Agents. The essence of this transformation is to evolve machines from "answering questions" to "solving problems"—just like OpenAI's latest release, Operator, can book flights and write code on behalf of users. Unlike centralized systems, the true Agent revolution will be born from distributed networks. Project Introduction

SIA is a Web3 infrastructure and business ecosystem project aimed at creating a super entry point for AI into Web3, establishing the world's first dual-cross network (cross Web2 and Web3, cross different systems and platforms) that provides Agent-as-a-Service capabilities, forming a super-automated peer-to-peer intelligent network to offer users more convenient, fair, secure, and low-cost services.

SIA is building a brand new distributed collaborative system that objectively measures the contributions of Agents. It integrates AI Agent programs with smart contracts, supporting massive AI Agents to operate on distributed nodes and collaborate efficiently. At the same time, based on a distributed collaborative computing network, it provides massive computing power and infinitely scalable data storage for AI Agents, ensuring the privacy and security of the input and output data of AI Agents.

SIA defines a complete set of interconnectivity protocol specifications for blockchain systems in Agent scenarios, achieving full automation and autonomy, including the automation of Agent node discovery, verification, and joining; node operational status checks, cluster status, and data consistency guarantees; as well as the full automation of Agent and related service discovery, registration, service provision, and settlement. The blockchain subnet built on the SIA Protocol operates independently from each other and utilizes an asynchronous message exchange mechanism to achieve high concurrent operation of subnets, thereby enabling infinite scalability and high fault tolerance for the entire network.

Dual-Cross Network: Achieving Interconnectivity Between Web3 and Web2

The SIA team believes that building an Agent architecture on Web3 for autonomous collaboration is a significant technological innovation. • Real-time multi-chain interaction and analysis allow users to utilize on-chain data analysis Agents to directly call Solana's data analysis atomic Agents and collaborate with user wallet atomic Agents (such as Phantom wallet Agents) to provide users with end-to-end solutions for data analysis, strategy suggestions, and trading;

• A multi-dimensional Web3 ecosystem, SIA is an ecological platform that integrates various dimensional Agent service capabilities, including application Agents in the Web2 domain, chain-side Agents, wallet Agents, exchange Agents in the Web3 domain, and numerous tool Agents, such as data analysis Agents, trading strategy Agents, game engine Agents, etc. For a closed ecological social project, its users can achieve seamless interaction with social media platforms like X, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook through multi-Agent collaboration, thus bridging social islands.

Statistics show that the current interaction scale between Web2 and Web3 has reached a daily transaction volume of tens of billions of dollars and millions of user behaviors. SIA provides one-click publishing support for Agents. It supports both platform-configured Agents and third-party Agent deployments. SIA offers a visual low-code platform that supports drag-and-drop configuration parameters to create your own Agents and publish them with one click on the platform; at the same time, it supports lightweight container deployment methods, allowing third-party Agents to be deployed on the SIA Multi-Agent platform.

Second, the collaboration of atomic Agents is a complex economic system, and how to measure the contribution of a single Agent in collaborative tasks is an important issue for promoting the development of Agents. SIA has designed objective metrics for measuring Agent contributions to reflect the capabilities and contributions of Agents, and these are calculated and recorded by node Agents (Proof of Service).
