According to the official announcement, Binance will update the spot market maker plan on September 9, 2024, 08:00 (UTC+8), with specific adjustments including:
The percentage requirement for weekly order trading volume for level 4 will be updated from 2.0% to 1.0%;
The plan will introduce a new qualification review method. Market makers can qualify for level 1 by achieving a weekly order trading volume of $25,000,000 equivalent or a weekly order trading volume percentage of 0.05%;
The order commission (rebate) ratio for level 4 will be adjusted from -0.01% to -0.008%;
The trial period for new market maker accounts applying manually will be extended from three weeks to four weeks;
The new qualification requirements will take effect on September 9, 2024, 08:00 (UTC+8);
The new order commission (rebate) ratio changes will take effect on September 17, 2024.
