ETH is definitely worth holding onto. There are three major narratives: staking, the London upgrade, and the ETH ETF (likely to be approved in May).

If you want to hold ETH for the medium to long term, there are three good options:

1. Buy the staking equity token "stone" for ETH on the Manta Chain, currently at a 7% discount. When it unlocks, the discount is expected to narrow, and ETH will likely reach a new high by then.

2. Open a US stock account with RockFlowApp and buy Grayscale Ethereum Trust $ETHE, which also has a 10% discount. Wait for the ETF approval to narrow the discount.

3. Buy spot ETH and then stake it on MerlinLayer2 or Blast_L2 for potential airdrops.
