ETH Trend Analysis and Viewpoints: Yesterday, Ethereum's trend overall showed a slight bearish performance, with prices testing as low as 2900 due to pressure at 3130, closing at 2983, with an overall decline of 3.23%, down $99.6. The daily chart formed a small bearish candlestick pattern, indicating a bearish trend; however, the 61.8% level at 2900 is an important retracement level since the rise from November 23, and also serves as important support. A valid breakthrough will continue the downward test to 76.4% at 2620, while effective support will provide an opportunity for the bulls to initiate a rebound. Once confirmed, the first target is 3300, and the second target is 3700-3800. In terms of the 4-hour price trend, yesterday's price broke through the Bollinger Bands channel under pressure, reaching a low of 3000 and testing the lower rail, indicating that the 2900 support is still valid. The price structure is relatively similar to the end of March and early April, showing signs of continuing to form a double bottom. However, if the double bottom pattern is broken, it will be ineffective. For bullish opportunities, one can wait for the price to rise above the middle rail before entering the market, with a defensive setting below 2900 and a target of 3300-3400. A valid break below 2900 will lead to a further test at 2800. As the downside potential may be limited, it is not currently recommended to go short!
