I've made the mistake of transferring money to the wrong account before . I accidentally transferred 20,000 USDT, and one of the recipients entered the wrong UID (luckily, mine was a .com account). The recipient on the global site also entered it incorrectly.
Later, a Binance colleague helped negotiate with the recipient, and thankfully, the recipient was kind enough to recover most of the money. I just considered the remaining amount a loss from futures trading. If the recipient hadn't agreed, there's really nothing you can do; money transferred incorrectly on-chain is definitely unrecoverable. So now I always double-check the recipient's name before making any transfers.
However, I didn't expect Thailand to be an independent site. Europe and Asia are on the same international site, so there shouldn't be any duplicate accounts within the same site. Transfers between different sites should theoretically be separated.
