In the past month or two, I've seen many instructors sharing GenLayer's social media tasks.
And just the other day, I saw Sister Yang starting to analyze GenLayer's economic model,
it feels like TGE (The Great Cryptocurrency Event) is coming soon!
Looking back at the Crypto world this year, from the end of 2026, the market hotspots have come and gone, basically revolving around a few areas: Perps composability (RWA), prediction markets, AI, and various infrastructures.
I just saw @nine_DeFi mention that the next 3-6 months might be the last window of opportunity worth seizing, after which the market may become more stagnant.
I think we need to focus our attention and funds more on the main themes going forward.
Within the broader AI field, AI Agent economics is a sub-sector I've been paying close attention to recently.
GenLayer aims to be the decentralized adjudication layer within the AI Agent economics.
As agents evolve from assisting execution to autonomous transactions and collaboration, trust and adjudication, in addition to payments, identity, and execution capabilities, may also become new infrastructure requirements, which is precisely GenLayer's opportunity.
Traditional smart contracts excel at executing deterministic rules, but they have limitations when faced with natural language, external information, and complex judgments. GenLayer attempts to combine AI reasoning with decentralized consensus through Intelligent Contracts, Optimistic Democracy, and GenVM. In terms of its ecosystem, it currently has applications in areas such as Internet Court, Rally, Intelligent Oracle, and Collective Memory.
From the current perspective, GenLayer's narrative is online, and its ecosystem already has some applications implemented.
However, the current market conditions are indeed not good; recently, I've seen many analysts predicting a bear market.
Hopefully, GenLayer will have a good result at the TGE.
