People's joys and sorrows are indeed different.
Yesterday I mentioned that I refactored my code using AI, marveling at how efficient it is now.
This code is all handwritten by me, it's been with me for 5-7 years, and it's always been useful. I used to be a programmer myself, and I've never seen many people code faster than me at big companies.
It's not like I'm just writing a demo to show off.
Perhaps it's true that our needs are different, so I can't sympathize. I have many accounts, and many positions involve hedging, such as buying Skynix on IBKR, shorting Skynix, MU, and SKHY in the crypto market—these are all different arbitrage and hedging trades.
These positions need to be aggregated and displayed, with some rules added. I've posted screenshots before; I had 60 positions just in Binance with altcoins. Wouldn't that require writing a program and manually reconciling the accounts every day?
I have a good memory; I remember my approximate net position, so I used to calculate all my assets every 15-30 days, so I had a general idea of how much I'd earned or lost.
But it takes half an hour to compile the data each time, which is really annoying.
Yesterday I mentioned how I would solve this problem: with just a few words, CLUD can integrate US stocks, crypto, and on-chain data, and then I just need to send a screenshot of A-shares.
And yet, this gets mocked by some meme troll. Then I thought about it, and it's just a difference in needs. If I didn't have much money, I wouldn't need this thing.
