According to RBC, Russia has developed testing standards for cryptocurrency investors, planning to require them to pass a knowledge test before purchasing and trading cryptocurrencies on regulated platforms. Ekaterina Andreeva, First Vice President of the National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR), stated that a draft standard has been submitted to the Basic Standards Committee of the Central Bank of Russia. Brokerages are expected to begin offering tests to clients as early as the end of November, and the results will be mutually recognized across different regulated platforms. Under Russia's phased cryptocurrency regulatory laws implemented since September of this year, non-qualified investors who pass the test can only trade highly liquid crypto assets on a whitelist. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/russia-mandates-crypto-investor-test-trading-limits-on-failed-users-70924
