I have been in the cryptocurrency industry for almost 10 years and have seen too many accounts rise and fall.
Some people bring in two to three thousand U and can reach tens of thousands in a few months; Some people also brought in two or three thousand units, but after a few months, there were only three or four thousand left.
Later on, I discovered that many people lose money not because they can't understand the market trends.
But in the end, they all fell into their own trading habits.
I have summarized four points.
1. Don't let every K-line lead you along
Just learning a few indicators, I feel like I can grasp any market trend.
Cut back and forth in 3 to 15 minutes, with around ten to twenty orders per day.
It looks very hardworking, but in reality, most of it is noise.
The result of frequent trading is often:
I didn't earn much from the direction, so I paid a bunch of fees and slippage first.
There aren't that many really good trading opportunities in a year.
If there's no chance, just wait.
Not opening a single order for a few days doesn't mean you're falling behind.

2. Don't bear losses, let alone rely on replenishing positions to recoup costs
Many people's first reaction after losing money is not to stop loss, but to:
Wait a little longer, it should rise back
Reduce by 10% and make up a little, reduce by 20% and make up another little.
The last normal transaction turned into a heavy position gambling game.
So before entering, be sure to think carefully:
Where did I go wrong?
At this position, should I leave?
If you don't even know when you will admit your mistake, you shouldn't have a heavy inventory.
Replenishing inventory is not a problem.
Unplanned replenishment is the problem.
⸻
3. Continuous losses, stop immediately
This is the most easily overlooked point for many people.
After losing two consecutive losses, it is easy for people to have an idea:
The next order must be earned back
So they began to increase their positions, chase orders, and trade frequently.
The last loss turned into a continuous loss.
I would suggest setting a simple rule for myself:
Stop two consecutive stop losses and cease trading on the same day.
Don't rush to recoup your investment.
The market is present every day, but your capital is not infinite.
A truly mature trader is not making money every day, but knowing when to stop.
⸻
4. Look less at how much others have earned and more at your own trading records
Someone in the group posted that a coin has increased by 5 or 10 times.
You start FOMO after seeing it, afraid of missing out.
Others hold heavy positions, so do you.
The result is that others earn profits, and you receive the last blow.
So don't pay too much attention to how much others earn.
What is truly worth your time to study is your own trading records:
Which orders make money?
Which orders are losing money?
Why lose?
What was done according to the plan?
Which ones are only due to impulse and FOMO?
Persist in reviewing for a period of time, and you will find that your problems are very fixed.
⸻
One final sentence.
The longer I stay in the cryptocurrency circle, the more I feel:
The real difficulty of trading is never learning how many indicators.
But can you control your own hands.
Observe trends, control positions, and set stop losses.
If you have to wait, then wait. If you have to leave, then leave.
Don't be anxious just because others are making money, and don't rush to recoup your own losses.
First, keep the principal and then consider how to expand it.
Because as long as the principal is still there, there will always be opportunities.
The principal is gone, and the next bull market is coming, which has nothing to do with you.
