[CoreWeave and Broadcom Oppose Tokenizing Their Stocks for Blockchain Trading] According to a report by *The Information* on October 16, Deep Tide TechFlow reported that artificial intelligence computing company CoreWeave and semiconductor giant Broadcom have explicitly opposed the request by OKXICE, a joint venture between cryptocurrency exchange OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, to list and trade their stocks on the blockchain. These two companies have joined a growing number of enterprises opposing the launch of tokenized versions of their stocks. Analysts point out that such opposition could hinder the Trump administration's efforts to promote the development of tokenized stocks. Currently, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s initiative to allow U.S. stocks to be listed and traded on cryptocurrency exchanges is facing resistance from some companies.
