[OneKey Launches Hardware Wallet Motherboard Photo Self-Testing Website 'Yishi Jianbao'] Odaily Planet Daily News: Yishi posted on the X platform stating that after the Ledger implant incident was exposed, OneKey developed and funded the launch of a hardware wallet identification website called 'Yishi Jianbao.' Users can disassemble their devices and upload photos of the motherboard. The photos are resized by the browser to no more than 2048 pixels and stripped of GPS location and other metadata before being analyzed by the Claude visual model. The model checks whether the motherboard matches the device model, identifies the main chip model and visible text, and detects any anomalies such as additional chips, modules, antennas, or jumper wires. The final results are determined based on fixed rules, with outcomes categorized as 'Not Concerning,' 'Very Concerning,' or a prompt to retake the photo. This tool applies uniform rules to Ledger, OneKey, and Trezor devices, does not recommend switching brands, and does not include advertisements. However, store links in the OneKey guide contain affiliate codes, which are clearly labeled. Yishi emphasized that the test results are for reference only and cannot inspect firmware, software, internal components of chips, or parts beneath shielding covers, screens, or batteries. It also cannot distinguish counterfeit chips with identical silk-screen markings. Official inspections and contacting the device manufacturer's customer service remain necessary steps.
