Europe, Japan, South Korea, the U.S.—all facing massive labor shortages. They need people, and the one thing China doesn’t lack is people. We should send a large-scale workforce from China over there. It’s a 100% win-win, no one loses. Some people might settle down and stay, but most will make money and return home. Of course, this is just an ideal scenario; in reality, it’s impossible to implement due to political issues.
