According to RBC, Vladislav Kochetkov, Chairman of the Board at Russian financial group Finam, stated that under the current regulatory framework, Russian brokers might not open crypto trading to non-qualified investors. The Russian Central Bank has set a yearly crypto purchase limit of 300,000 rubles per intermediary for non-qualified investors. However, Kochetkov believes that during periods of high market volatility, the actual transaction amount of market orders could exceed the regulatory cap, making it difficult for brokers to fully control this risk through technical means. As a result, the cost of developing related systems lacks economic feasibility. Previously, the Russian Central Bank included $BTC, $ETH, and $USDT in the range of crypto assets that non-qualified investors are allowed to purchase. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/news-68470
