I bet 76K wouldn't hold, but it did.
On Friday, it dropped to 76,046—just 46 bucks short of breaking.
Then a wick shot up to 79.8K, but it closed back down at 77.2K.
The altcoins came back to life first.
ETH is just over 2500, holding up better than BTC.
Yesterday, I said high-beta assets would die first, and the ones with stories would get dumped.
Today, high-beta assets are bouncing around the most.
BTC isn’t rising itself, just letting the altcoins dance.
I can’t make sense of this rebound.
Next week, the Fed meets on the 15th and 16th,
and the dot plot will be released.
I’m betting this rebound won’t survive past Wednesday.
BTC still needs to revisit 76K for another test.
If it goes up, I’ll sell—I’m not chasing.
