[Spielberg Opposes AI Replacing Creative Talent, Clarifies That He Has Not Used AI Technology in Any Film] Odaily Planet Daily News: Renowned Hollywood director Spielberg stated that while AI can play a role in various fields, 'I do not support it replacing creative individuals.' He mentioned that although he directed the movie *A.I. Artificial Intelligence*, he has not used AI technology in any of his films, and his screenwriting team is 'fully staffed,' with no positions replaced by AI. It is reported that film companies, including Netflix, are currently experimenting with generative AI tools for visual effects or material modifications, while also facing copyright disputes. Last month, AMC Theatres even blocked an AI-produced short film from being screened in theaters, indicating that the industry's and audience's acceptance of AI is still in an exploratory stage.
