On February 12th, Bloomberg reported that a Delaware Court of Chancery judge requested that Coinbase's special litigation committee disclose two testimony records, one from angel investor and committee member Gokul Rajaram, and the other from Joseph R. Lights III, the head of the legal team responsible for investigating shareholder allegations within the company. Previously, Coinbase board members failed to prevent the disclosure of insider trading litigation testimony related to CEO Brian Armstrong, venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, and other board members. Justice Kathaleen St. J. McCormick of the Court of Chancery rejected the view that public testimony would affect the frankness of witnesses.
