I know what He Yi said, and it’s indeed the case. The problem is that mainstream coins like BTC rely on exchanges to provide liquidity. On 1011, no institution made large-scale sell-offs; it was purely the matching engine of the exchange that crashed the trading queue. Whether it was intentional or not is unclear, but as a mature exchange, its trading queue should have an anomaly protection mechanism (short-term fluctuation limits) and shouldn’t directly turn into a vacuum.
