Standx's mainnet has been live for 20 days now, and the data is slowly climbing. You can now use Binance's wallet for trading. Importing your own wallet for transactions also comes with bonuses, so it's not mandatory to use Binance's custodial wallet. It feels like the partnership with Binance is pretty deep, considering the founder used to be a senior executive in Binance's contracts division.
