Based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Commerce, the Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided that during the period of the final review investigation of the anti-dumping measures, anti-dumping duties will continue to be imposed on imported EPDM rubber originating from the United States, South Korea, and the European Union in accordance with the scope and rates of the taxed products announced in the Ministry of Commerce's Announcement No. 60 of 2020.
