[Exor Board Unanimously Rejects Tether's Voluntary Offer to Acquire Juventus Football Club Shares] Exor has issued a statement announcing that its board of directors has unanimously rejected Tether's voluntary offer to acquire all of Exor's shares in Juventus Football Club. Exor reiterated its previous consistent stance that it has no intention of selling its Juventus shares to any third party, including but not limited to Tether, which is headquartered in El Salvador. Earlier reports indicated that Tether planned to make an all-cash acquisition of 65.4% of Juventus Football Club shares held by Exor. Sources revealed that the Agnelli family, which holds controlling ownership of the club, does not intend to sell its shares.
