**[Market Analysis: Oracle is the New NVIDIA]**
According to a report by Jinse Finance, a Wall Street Journal article praises Oracle for providing clear figures on an otherwise obscure business, a commendable move. Oracle's bold forecasts strongly suggest that this 48-year-old company, already one of the world's largest software providers, could more than double its total revenue over the next three years.
This is somewhat reminiscent of AI chip giant NVIDIA, which rapidly transformed from a niche supplier of video game chips into the world's only company with a market capitalization exceeding $4 trillion. Oracle's revenue outlook is, in some ways, more certain because its growth is primarily tied to inference—the process of sending queries to AI models and receiving answers.
As the focus of AI shifts from training better models to deploying them to tens of millions of new users, such activities are expected to increase. Oracle faces significant competition, but analysts believe the company also has strong advantages. Scotiabank analyst Patrick Colville pointed out that Oracle possesses "top-tier technical expertise, access to capital, deep support from NVIDIA, and independence, putting it in a favorable position to capitalize on the explosion in demand for AI training and inference."
