Bank of America survey shows investors returning to risky assets at record pace

According to a monthly survey by Bank of America, optimism about economic growth and strong corporate profits is driving fund managers to return to risky assets at a record pace. According to the survey, over a three-month period, the risk level in investors' investment portfolios has reached its highest level since 2001, with a significant increase in their allocation to US and European stocks as well as technology stocks. The July survey showed that investors' allocation to US stocks saw the largest increase since December last year. The allocation of technology stocks also recorded the largest three-month increase since 2009. In addition, the degree of over allocation of Eurozone stocks has reached its highest level in four years.
