In the past two months, I have made nearly 4000 transactions in GMGN. Assist in continuous improvement and iteration of products and R&D. We define these two months by 'war' ourselves. I have made a lot of UI design changes, added a lot of detail experience, completely replaced the trading engine (not yet completed), and completely rewritten the website architecture (not yet completed). Gradually solved many of the previous problems. It has also changed the trading experience that many old users have become accustomed to. With the accumulation of iterations, some old users who came back with AFK found that they were not very good at using it anymore. The most common question I hear is: Why do we need to make changes? Do you still have XX function? Can the page be set up like this? No breaking, no standing. A major change in functionality requires a great deal of determination, and some changes need to be adapted and used again to discover that they are better than before. Fortunately, I persevered and there is still one favorites list left after the website underwent major changes. After the modification, the UI redesign is basically completed. Did we listen to the user's suggestions when making these changes? There are 1000 Hamlets in the hearts of 1000 people, and they naturally listen, but in the end, the team has to decide what to do. Some suggestions have been put forward, why not do them? Some are priority issues, and the team cannot accomplish everything at once. Some are niche issues where everyone feels their needs are what they need, and we strive to find commonalities. The only thing left to do is to recharge a few hundred SOLs and make 4000 transactions in 2 months to reduce the chance of making mistakes. Making products involves a lot of uncertainty, and not making any changes is the best choice. Doing more makes more mistakes. However, not making changes will lead to falling behind and inevitably overlook the needs of users after the trend changes. Some users say that our website is losing its original personality, but it's not true. The convergence of product UI volumes until the end is a trend and objective law. As you continue to grow, your customer base is constantly eroding each other's competitors. Do you want to have some of them? Do you have it or not? Shakespeare said that this is a problem. Take a look at CEX, do you still have any personality? Thank you all for your past support, which has affected your trading habits. Please understand. Everything is for better. 🙏 Although the road is endless and faraway, I still want to pursue the truth in the world.
