The GENIUS bill, which was passed this morning, is a procedural motion but not a complete one. It will be debated and amended in the Senate tonight or Wednesday, and then submitted to the House of Representatives for deliberation, and then signed into law by Trump. Of course, the passage of procedural motions is also a great progress, as the last time we failed at this stage. After passing this stage, the resistance should be very small, and we can indeed expect the moment when the stablecoin bill truly becomes law.
