Data: BlackRock holds over $5 billion worth of Bitcoin related stocks and has invested $4.23 billion in Strategy

According to Golden Finance, BlackRock's latest 13F filing for the first quarter of 2025 shows a significant increase in its holdings of Bitcoin related assets. The report shows that the company has invested a total of $5.43 billion in Bitcoin spot ETFs and stocks related to Bitcoin treasury and mining operations. Compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, this number has significantly increased, reflecting the growing confidence of institutions in cryptocurrency. It is worth noting that the holdings of BlackRock's flagship Bitcoin spot ETF, IBIT, increased from 2.6 million shares to 5.85 million shares, with a value of $273.9 million. In addition, BlackRock has also opened a new position on Fidelity's FBTC for the first time, currently holding 70971 shares worth $5.1 million. At the same time, it has also established smaller spaces on the grayscale GBTC and GBTC Mini.
