f(x) Protocol offers up to 7x leverage on ETH with minimal liquidation risk and no funding cost. Pretty cool concept if you’re bullish and want to use leverage without fearing being liquidated. If your position crosses 88% LTV, the system puts it back at 88% so that you never reach the 95% liquidation LTV. You keep the maximum possible exposure to the market in order to benefit from a potential price recovery. There’s a small rebalance fee, but in total it is much cheaper than getting liquidated. This week while ETH tanked from 2839 to 2076 over 200K traders were liquidated, totalling nearly 1B. Meanwhile, f(x) had 81 rebalances and 0 liquidations. I am an ambassador for @protocol_fx.
