I first heard about Bitcoin in 2013 when my friend's college roommate dropped out of school our freshman year to start mining BTC. Didn't think about it again for years. I was a massive skeptic & critic in 2016-2018. Finally did the work in 2019. Finally bought BTC in 2020.
