This always fascinates me, like, no one in defi wants to actively exclude you US burgers, but your "government" is trying to "protect" you, so those of us offering websites have to do a little dance to avoid the almighty nuke of american regulatory power to destroy us. We would love to give everyone access. The more the merrier. Its not our choice, its your overlords. Even now, my new product is "on hold" to launch while I figure out how I can offer it in USA for USA citizens, and so far, every lawyer I speak to, the answer is "don't, because <insert agency> will kill you". When you see a defi app with "non US" it is not because it is our choice, it is because it is YOUR governments choice.
