An important discussion at #MSC2025 on the future of the Western Balkans in the European Union, co-hosted by Commissioner @MartaKosEU and dear friend of Kosovo, Ambassador @ischinger. The European Union needs the Western Balkans as much as the Western Balkans needs the European Union. Enlargement is key—not just for lasting peace and security, but also for strengthening the EU’s own competitiveness. An integrated WB in the 🇪🇺 means a Europe that is whole, free and at peace.
