Bullish, supported by Peter Thiel, plans to go public this year and is in talks with Jefferies Group regarding potential listing

Odaily Planet Daily News: Insiders have revealed that cryptocurrency exchange operator Bullish Global is considering an IPO as early as this year, with supporters including billionaire Peter Thiel. The company is collaborating with Jefferies Financial Group Inc. on potential IPO matters. Insiders added that the review is still ongoing and the details of the IPO may change, with more banks potentially joining the lineup. Bullish's website shows that the company is led by CEO Tom Farley and has over 275 employees with offices in the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, Gibraltar, and the Cayman Islands. The company acquired media CoinDesk from Digital Currency Group in 2023 for an unknown amount. According to an earlier statement, Bullish is a subsidiary of blockchain software company Block.one, with supporters including Thiel, Alan Howard, Louis Bacon, and Richard Li. Brendan Blumer, co-founder and CEO of Block.one, also serves as the chairman of Bullish, which was founded in 2021 and injected approximately $10 billion in digital assets and cash into Bullish.
