I often feel that the analyses on Twitter can sometimes be too fragmented and emotional. The same topic gets recycled repeatedly, with an AI changing one perspective and then reissuing it. Essentially, it's just changing the soup but not the medicine, which wastes a lot of reading time! 📖
Today, I want to talk about some free Research or Insights channels that I often watch. They all come from the world's top quantitative funds or investment banks. Once you bookmark these websites, you might lose interest in my content! 😂
But I think it's still important to share with everyone, to improve together and grow together, especially for friends trading US stocks, who may benefit significantly!
1️⃣ Citadel Securities' Market Insights
The renowned Citadel Securities offers extremely hardcore data density and a pure trader's perspective. They hardly discuss those grand and useless macro stories, but rather hit directly at the underlying logic of market microstructure.
As a top global market maker, they possess top-notch "God's eye view" data sources, as well as deep market microstructure analysis, which is a must-watch for US stock trading!

2️⃣ Man Institute
The famous Man Group is the official research institution of the world's largest publicly listed quantitative hedge fund. Man's core advantage lies in using pure quantitative back-testing and a statistical perspective to dissect macro, active investment, and systematic strategies. Its research style is extremely similar to Citadel's data-driven approach.
It has an exclusive risk warning strategy that can assist us in selling. After all, the buyers are the disciples; the sellers are the masters. Especially, its CTA and systematic strategies have exceptionally keen observations on market momentum, commodity flows, and the position crowding of quantitative funds in extreme market conditions, providing risk warnings that ordinary retail investors cannot see. They often release in-depth long articles on hardcore topics, such as inflation cycles, systematic long/short positions, and liquidity vulnerabilities.

3️⃣ Morgan Stanley Institute
It can be said that Morgan Stanley is a benchmark for Wall Street sell-side research, being the brain of research at Morgan Stanley. Its core advantage lies in its unparalleled penetration of industry fundamentals and serving as a pricing barometer for global macro policies, often providing foresight that predicts trends 1-2 months in advance!
If you need to analyze industry research, analyze fundamentals, and analyze supply chain penetration, just looking at it is enough. They have the largest team of industry analysts on Wall Street. Their strength lies in "bottom-up" super depth, allowing them to access core first-hand data from the frontline of global supply chains, such as fine tracking of the quarterly CapEx on AI computing power (data centers, power bottlenecks, chip orders) and performance estimates of traditional SaaS software ecosystems, which are essential anchors for institutional pricing worldwide.

4️⃣ Bridgewater
Ray Dalio, the founder of Bridgewater, is considered the pioneer of global systematic macro hedge funds. Their core advantage lies in their unique "causal-driven" macro framework and all-weather asset allocation logic. However, they have been bearish on AI lately, which has started to annoy me, so I’ve been watching less. Nonetheless, their all-weather asset allocation plans are still impressive and worth learning about.
If you want to learn about macro, how macro data impacts financial markets, or the effects of inflation/deflation turning points and the synergistic effects of fiscal and monetary policies, you can check out their research. They are big players in the long cycle and are extremely precise in predicting cyclical turning points.

5️⃣ SemiAnalysis
This is the most prestigious independent research institution in the global semiconductor and AI computing power infrastructure field, with core advantages in its hardcore microengineering perspective and absolute penetration into the supply chain.
If you want to learn about AI hardware physics, MLCC, optical interconnects, HBM, and advanced packaging CoWos. This website is exceptionally hardcore, unlike traditional brokers that only look at financial report numbers; SemiAnalysis has a profound background in semiconductor engineering. They can dissect technologies from a microscopic physical perspective, such as directly assessing the transistor density of Nvidia's latest chip architecture, HBM yield bottlenecks, and other cores. You generally can't find this information elsewhere! 🧐

Some other websites include BlackRock, Goldman Sachs (partially paid), AQR, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Markets Insights, and Apollo Academy. They are all good websites with their own Research channels and can be used for more learning. You can also install a Codex to summarize reports every day, which is also very convenient!
Learning is endless; on the path of US stocks, every experience is my teacher. If you have any good research channels or websites for US stocks, feel free to share in the comments, providing links for both paid and free resources! 🧐
