Last week, the weekly K chart closed with a medium bullish candle with equal upper and lower shadows. Both KDJ and RSI showed signs of a high position turning down, but MACD is in a bullish arrangement and expanding. On the daily K chart, there were two small bullish candles over the weekend, with the upper band opening downwards, KDJ and RSI both turning down, and after a top divergence in bullish volume on MACD, bearish volume also started to expand. The indicators suggest a need for a pullback, but unfortunately, the price just can't drop, repeatedly oscillating at a high level with extreme pulling. So what is this? Isn’t it just a trap to lure shorts, using sideways movement to replace a drop?

Last Friday, I kept buying low, with Bitcoin coming up from 78000-77000-76000, and the second cryptocurrency coming up from 2440-2400-2350 as well, it was very comfortable. On Friday, I bought again at 79000-79500, and around 2450 for the second cryptocurrency. Over the weekend, I also enjoyed some profits from long positions. Still, as I said, only a big correction can bring great profits, small needles can only bring small returns; it’s mainly about low buying, but definitely not aggressively chasing rises directly at the 80000 level and around 2500!

For intraday short positions, pay attention to the support levels of 79000 and 78500. Participate in a buy at this pullback, but if it breaks 78000, do not hold. Wait for a sharp drop to 76000 to buy low. Currently, the upper pressure is around the 80000 mark, followed by 81000-82000. For long positions bouncing at these levels, reduce positions in batches.

For the second cryptocurrency, the support levels to watch are 2470 and 2450. Participate in a low buy at this pullback, but if it breaks 2400, do not hold. For further low buys, consider participating around 2350, and pay attention to resistance at the 2500 level on the rebound, followed by 2550 and 2600. Long positions also need to be reduced in batches!
