The question of reconciliation.

The problem is good. From my personal research on the Korean stock market, although the fundamentals are very good, on one hand, foreign capital has been withdrawing, although there has been some recent inflow, it is still very small compared to the amount that has been withdrawn.

Secondly, the trading of domestic users in South Korea is almost at the level of leverage per capita, which has led to stock prices being pushed up by leverage. Once foreign capital withdraws or there is a phase adjustment, a large number of investors will be forced to stop-loss (add positions).

However, the fundamentals are indeed good. The data quoted in this article illustrates that South Korea's exports of chips and semiconductors are increasing, but good fundamentals do not equate to stocks being necessarily good, so I personally believe that if South Korean chips and semiconductors are to shine again, it will certainly be after the adjustment of leverage.

PS: Currently, leverage in the United States is also very high.
