Interpretation: Calling someone by name usually won’t be seen as a bulk message, and the other party will feel respected. Being able to mention the other person's field of output shows genuine familiarity, enhancing their positive feelings towards you. The request for guidance is likely to encourage at least some interaction.

Case Two: Helping a friend defend their rights

Low emotional intelligence: Tweeting, xxxx is a unscrupulous exchange, maliciously preventing users from withdrawing funds.

High emotional intelligence: Contact the exchange's BD or business head, Teacher xx, I have a friend whose uid is xxxx, and his account cannot withdraw funds. Could you please help look into the reason?

Interpretation: At least in major exchanges, if certain users are prohibited from withdrawing, or required to provide additional information, it's likely due to regulatory restrictions.
