The Aave civil war is essentially a watershed moment for DeFi, marking the transition from "DAO idealism" to "corporate reality."

The departure of BGD requires the market to rethink three questions:

1️⃣ Is Aave still the same Aave?

2️⃣ Can DAOs truly be decentralized?

3️⃣ What will the next generation of lending protocols look like?

Everything is moving forward through exploration, and it's actually quite an interesting topic. You see, DeFi has been going through a repetitive cycle: protocols grow → power concentrates → core developers leave → new protocols are born;

Uniswap → Sushi;

Curve → Convex;

Maker → Frax / Liquity;

So every time there is strife, exits, or forks, it might just be a new round of wealth opportunities. What does everyone think?
