The future electricity consumption of #AI in the United States is extremely alarming! 🧐

The planned electricity usage for the future is 35,736.5 megawatts (MW), which is 16 times the current consumption! How can we short-term accommodate such a significant increase in electricity demand? This is a critical issue!

The total installed power generation capacity across the United States is approximately 1.2 billion kilowatts (i.e., 1,200,000 MW). The total electricity consumption planned by the future #AI giants is 35,736.5 MW.

Let's do the math: 35,736.5 MW ÷ 1,200,000 MW ≈ 3%

This means that the planned electricity consumption by these #AI giants accounts for about 3% of the total power generation capacity in the entire United States!

This figure is staggering. Imagine that the U.S. has over a hundred million households, tens of millions of businesses, countless factories, and transportation systems, all consuming electricity. And a group of #AI companies plans to consume 3% of the entire country's power generation! This is almost equivalent to the total electricity consumption of a large state (like Florida or New York). 🧐

Investing in #AI is not as wise as investing in energy; this will be a massive pump!
