On the positive side, companies' willingness to hire is still present, and the economic fundamentals can be maintained for the time being. However, at the same time, the rising unemployment rate means that the mismatch between job openings and the job-seeking population has not yet corrected, and the new vacancies are insufficient to fully absorb the unemployed.

Therefore, overall, the job openings data released today can be considered quite good from various interpretations.
