This bull market is quite fragmented:

New narrative breakout points such as: $Aster and $XPL are creating one miracle after another, completely skyrocketing,

However, other altcoins or previous concepts are struggling to gain traction, akin to impotence.

In other words, it is a typical "locally blooming" bull market. Whether you can make money does not depend on whether the bull market has arrived, but rather on whether you can catch the rhythm of "hot money flow."
