My team and I have been focusing on the #RWA track for a long time.

My team and I have been closely following the #RWA track for a long time. During this period, we have talked to many institutions that want to enter this space, and they face three major pain points: distribution, compliance, and privacy. It can be said that whoever prioritizes solving these three issues will firmly grasp the dividends of #RWA!

1️⃣ Distribution Issue

Traditional financial assets are distributed across various systems globally, with inconsistent standards and fragmented information. Take bonds as an example: the registration, clearing, and custody processes for U.S. Treasury bonds and Asian corporate bonds are all different. Moving these assets onto the blockchain is not as simple as just "labeling" them; it requires solving how they can circulate within a unified ledger. For institutions, if this "distribution" cannot be resolved, they simply cannot use it, and liquidity will not arise.

2️⃣ Compliance Issue

This is a major weapon. The logic of traditional finance is that regulation comes first; without compliance, even the highest returns are not enough to entice institutions. The trouble with putting #RWA on-chain is that it cannot be "anonymously free" like #DeFi; it must incorporate AML, KYC, and even licensing thresholds. This is also why you see more and more protocols emphasizing permissioned liquidity pools and compliance audits. Without this framework, large institutional funds cannot and will not enter.

3️⃣ Privacy Issue

This is the pain point of all pain points. For institutions going on-chain, many transactions cannot be completely public. For example, a large bond transfer or corporate financing—if all this data is transparent, it essentially exposes their business secrets and risks to competitors. Therefore, what they want is to enjoy the immutable and global settlement advantages of blockchain while protecting transaction details from exposure.

Today, seeing #Plume deploy #Nightfall, I feel it perfectly addresses these pain points with a combination of solutions:

• Privacy Protection: Using ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proof) + Rollup, it "packages" large and complex asset transactions on-chain, so others cannot see the details, but regulators can verify when needed.

• Maintaining Compliance: #Nightfall also supports KYC and permissioned access, combined with #Plume's own AML strategy, effectively ensuring that the "red line" of "safe use for institutions" is well established.

Overall, #Plume is essentially creating a "specially built #RWA highway" for institutions, with fences (compliance), privacy glass (ZKP), no traffic jams (scalability), and safety. I believe that in the current market, at least for now, institutions have no other options, making #Plume the best candidate for #RWA! 🧐
