I meditated around the world 🧘, and this time in Bali, I participated in five meditation events, namely Udara, Pyramid of Chi, Alchemy, and two held at the hotel. I exchanged ideas with meditation partners and teachers from all over the globe.

One of my latest insights is the awareness of the "secret of manifestation," which is to first live in your heart the life you desire. When you pray for something, believe that you already have it, and then you will receive it. This is akin to the 'Law of Attraction' in the book "The Secret," and it also resonates with the thinking system found in Napoleon Hill's book "Think and Grow Rich."

The secret of manifestation lies in learning to align with the power of the present moment. Delve deep into yourself; this is the most fundamental practice and the greatest meditation gain from this exchange.

When meditation enters a stream of consciousness state, your true essence transcends the thinking mind and the ego. You will discover that, essentially, you are consciousness, and the essence of consciousness is unmanifested life. It is the surface life, the unawakened life, which can be confused by a tangle of desires that cloud self-awareness.

Therefore, to successfully manifest, the most fundamental step is to find your essence. Once you find this, all the desires you yearn for on a feeling level are contained within. Thus, no matter what you obtain, it originates from a state of completeness rather than a state of lack.

So when you feel the completeness of inner life, it is inseparable from the present moment. It is inseparable from your profound existence. When you find the completeness of life, you actually already possess everything. Anything you gain afterward cannot enhance anything based on this understanding.

Suppose you want to acquire a large fortune or something else. How would you feel when you obtain it? If you already had it now, how would you feel? This is the feeling you will have when you connect with your true essence. When you finally receive it, you won't feel any different because you already feel complete.

Ultimately, whatever comes to you externally is merely a reflection of your inner discovery. Therefore, true manifestation exists only in the present moment. Discover the depth of the present moment. This is the foundation of the secret of manifestation.

If you cannot align with the present moment and do not discover that the present moment is inseparable from who you are, then no matter what you obtain, whether through hard work or manifestation, it will not satisfy you. If your heart is in a state of lack, what you manifest will also carry that sense of lack. Even if you truly earn a sum of money, you will still feel "not enough" and continue to feel anxious.

Thus, the core of manifestation is not to desperately "create" something, but to return to the present and find everything you already possess. From here, what you want will flow easily.

When you truly root yourself in this feeling of "already complete" in the present, you will discover:

The happiness you seek is already in your heart.

The sense of security you desire is already in your life.

The freedom you want is actually the essence of your present consciousness.
