"Becoming Stronger"

Because someone liked it, I noticed this article I wrote four years ago.

Talking about how to achieve compound growth, I can now feel the efforts and thoughts I had back then in my confusion—every thought at that moment was only possibly correct.

Here’s an update on my thoughts for 2025, as a reminder:

  1. Amplify Strengths

Success often isn't about how much you know, how much you've done, or how much sweat you've shed, but rather about how long you can excel in your strengths.

In a recent tweet, the discussion among group members about talent points revealed a common feeling: if you possess any one of these talents, you can surpass 90% of people.

Many of these talent points can be enhanced through self-improvement.

  1. Address Weaknesses

Everyone's strengths can actually be viewed as their biggest weaknesses from another perspective; addressing them is an art of balance.

For example, I am extremely optimistic. When I see a new project or idea, I easily get excited and overlook the difficulties and twists in the path to realization—subconsciously thinking they are unimportant.

Therefore, it’s crucial to counteract your weaknesses; there are many areas to cultivate here.

For instance:

  • If you are impatient, take a moment to think before speaking.
  • If you are very optimistic, consider a few opposing risks.
  • If you have FOMO, reduce your position size before jumping in.
  • If you are very introverted, make an effort to participate in some quality social interactions.

And so on.

  1. Find the Right Track, Windfall, and Trends

If the direction is wrong, efforts are in vain.

If on-chain MEME has no trading volume, playing around at that time has a low cost-performance ratio, and the probability of losing money increases—unless you believe you are one in a million expert.

  1. Be More Life-Oriented

Looking back, ignorance brought more happiness. In my early twenties, I knew nothing, but my dopamine levels were off the charts; I was amusing every day. Now, I feel like my sense of humor has diminished, and most of the time I either don’t speak or speak less—somewhat feeling that this has made me less interesting.

I need to remind myself that life itself is a journey, and the process is what matters most.
