Although it discusses #BTCFi, the basic design is the model of coin stocks. If the tokenized $MSTR and $IBIT flow together with the underlying stocks, even some compliant frameworks are included.

I wrote this at the end of last year when the concept of coin stocks was almost nonexistent. Then I gathered many friends to improve it and held meetings with brokers and banks. Unfortunately, the current conditions are still not met. Not to mention the United States, even in relatively open Singapore at that time, there were many compliance issues that could not be resolved.
