Today I bought Xiaomi's AI glasses, and I'm still in the novelty phase. It has two main functions: one is hands-free video recording, which can last up to ten minutes with decent clarity, and the other is translation. Although it can't do simultaneous translation or display like the Thunderbird lenses, the ten-second delay translation accuracy is quite good, and it supports translating large chunks of text.

Last time, @butaidongjiaoyi didn't understand that the teacher recommended Feishu, which is also good, but the accuracy is slightly lower. However, it's sufficient for watching the Federal Reserve. This time, the Xiaomi AI will be more convenient; you can wear it directly, and the translated content will be read out loud, just like listening to a simultaneous translation with a ten-second delay, and its accuracy is higher than Feishu.

Personally, I find Xiaomi glasses very suitable for some video bloggers, as well as food and travel bloggers. Unfortunately, Xiaomi glasses only support a little over ten languages, and Vietnamese is not included, but Japanese and Korean are fine. Additionally, taking photos to extract text is a bit cumbersome, and in terms of translation, it falls far short compared to the Thunderbird X3 Pro.

I previously ordered the Thunderbird X3 Pro, but I was deterred by the half-hour usage time. Although all the features align with my preferences, wearing a heavy pair of glasses is already quite bothersome, and adding a wearable power bank is unnecessary. So for now, I'll use the Xiaomi AI as a temporary solution. If the shooting endurance of the Thunderbird X3 Pro can be improved to about an hour and a half, that would be perfect.

No worries, I have plenty of time to wait. I estimate that better products will be available next year.
