Continuing to look at Bitcoin, it has pierced the EMA60 twice during the day and has directly broken below the EMA80 support. The current K-line has already fallen below the EMA80 and is continuing to move down towards the EMA120 position, which is also the position mentioned in Lihui's previous article, around 98,000; it is almost here. From the 4-hour chart, this position's support is relatively weak; if we cannot hold the EMA120, we will need to look down to the MA220, MA180, and the EMA180 and MA120 crossover point. The fast and slow lines have been diverging downwards since the 11th, and it was mentioned previously that once the fast line enters below the 0 axis, the big short has just begun. I hope fans have carefully read my analysis; this is not baseless. This includes KDJ and RSI, where all three lines are strongly moving downwards, and the bearish sentiment is intensifying; therefore, if there is a rebound in the short term, we can consider continuing to short.
The weekly indicators are also not optimistic. The current K-line has already dipped below the middle track, approaching the MA30 position; this position coincides with the daily EMA180 and MA120 crossover point, which can serve as a short-term bearish target. It is important to pay attention to whether the current level's fast and slow lines can form a death cross; if they do, it will be quite terrifying, as we haven't seen a single-day waterfall drop of ten thousand points in a long time. We can see that the KDJ and RSI three lines are forming a death cross downwards at a high position, indicating that this wave of bearish momentum seems to have a relatively long duration.
Suggested short entry point: Short in the range of 100,000-100,500; reserve 102,000 for additional positions, stop loss at 500 points; target 99,000-98,000, if it breaks down to 97,900-97,500, you can continue to hold below 96,000;
